The Carriage House
The Carriage House is a two bedroom cottage with all the comforts of home. It is a pink Victorian cottage with the charm of a bed and breakfast, but with privacy and comfort. Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds upstairs comfortably sleep four people. Lliving, dining and kitchen areas downstairs give you everything you need for a short or a long stay.

Kalmia Cottage is located in a 1910 house on the corner of Sixth and Kalmia in Junction City, Oregon. Traffic is light and the neighborhood is quiet. Our beautiful cottage is fully furnished and equipped, consisting of a full kitchen, living room, one bedroom and bath. A futon in the living room allows the cottage to sleep 4. Enjoy a private fenced and gated yard, patio, brick outdoor fireplace, and cottage garden.

Kalmia Cottage opened in June, 2007. Immediately we had a family from Arizona stay a week for the University of Oregon Commencement. From that time on there has been a constant flow of guests into the Cottage. That summer we added our second property, The Carriage House, and found that many of our guests rented both at the same time for weddings and other family events.
During the following years we have had guests from Figi, Denmark, Germany, and Australia. Our guests have come to us from 27 continental states as well as Alaska and Hawaii. They have come from small towns and large cities to enjoy the hospitality that Kalmia Cottage and Junction City has to offer.
